Position details:
We are looking for a positive, energetic person to join our office team as a transaction coordinator to support our real estate agents and help with general office duties. Since real estate is a 24/7 business, there could be occasional after hours or weekend tasks to be managed – remotely.
What you bring:
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Calm under pressure
- Must be self-motivated in completing assigned tasks and able to be proactive with finding new tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Publisher, and Excel
- Experience in the real estate industry a plus, but not necessary
- Strong ethical code
- Outgoing personality and ability to work well with others
Receptionist:

We need a positive, well-spoken individual to run the reception desk at our real estate office. From answering phones, filing, computer tasks, to general office duties, this job is always evolving. The ideal candidate will be flexible and wiling to learn new tasks.

- Pleasant phone voice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Publisher, and Excel
- Self-motivated with assigned tasks and able to be proactive with finding new tasks
- Experience in real estate a plus, but not necessary
- Willing to work extra hours, occasionally, to cover for vacations and/or sick time of co-workers
