Who can resist drifting off to sleep to the rhythm of a thunderstorm or the leaves moving in the soft moonlight on an evening breeze? Heated Garage – Extra outlets, bright lighting, and room for projects. Heated means no frozen snow on the windshields and a warm car from the moment you leave. Neighborhood – We didn't realize when we moved in how great the people would be. Favorite Features: Wood Floors – They give the home a timeless, clean feel. Kitchen – Ample counter space, higher counters, plenty of storage, a convection cooktop -safe, efficient, easy to clean, & it doesn't heat up the house in summer. Basement – Clean, dry, and no musty smell. The sump pump system has a built-in backup power system. Energy Efficiency – Utility bills stay reasonable. Last winter's highest bill was $265 which included heating the Garage during the below zero nights. In summer, gas dropped to $40. The circulating hot water pump assures warm water at the faucets.
