For example, remaining 2024 weeks are as follows: July 5-12, Aug 30-Sep 6 (Labor Day weekend!), Oct 25-Nov 1, and Dec 13-20. 2025 weeks: Feb 21-28, May 2nd-May 9, Jun 27-Jul 4, Aug 22-29, Oct 17-24, and Dec 26-Jan 2 (New Year's Eve Day and New Year's Day!). 2026 weeks: Feb 13-20 (Valentine’s Day!), Apr 10-17, Jun 19-26, Aug 14-21, Oct 9-16 and Dec 18-25. $420 per month association dues cover pretty much everything except for room cleaning and property taxes.
